Hey Guys,

I've been wanting to get stuck in and build something successful for a while now but have to many ideas which I couldn't possibly tackle on my own.

My skills are in PHP, XHTML, CSS and a little bit of Java.

I would like to build up a team of developers and designers who have skills in different areas and then start to share ideas for a project.

The skills which I think would be most interesting to base a project around are:

iOS
Android
PHP
Ajax
Attractive UI design

If anyone is interested in getting involved, sharing some ideas and getting stuck in with a new project get in touch with me via email: jamie@jamiestreet.co.uk

If quite a lot of people are interested I might set up a Facebook group for us to share ideas and decide on a project to build!

Cheers,
Jamie

MrShoes

I might be able to lend a hand - experience in C#, SQL, C++ and some Java.

Think you might be best deciding how to create your program before recruitment - a mish-mash of everyone could be messy.

Have you tried ASP.NET MVC3 app development? Nicely meshes C# with HTML, CSS and RBDMs. Visual Web Developer Express is free and a nice IDE.

Let me know if I can lend a hand.

GetWaz

Hi Jamie,

I'm interested, I've just sent you an email. Let's see what your thoughts are. I'm very big on research and planning before any code is even written. Again great advice from MrShoes. You need a plan, with a description of the skills and expertise required and potentially with a time line. But, first and foremost you need an idea that makes real good business sense to develop. I have an idea based around the un-employed and businesses who want to employ if anyone is interested. I'm sure you know or would have known people who are un-employed and just how hard it is to get work. The key is to get noticed!!! If you want to know what the key for businesses is, get in touch with Jamie and I will too.

All the best
