No Windows Phone to test it but here is some feedback from pictures only:-
Good simple functionality
Plain, effective design. Maybe a medical themed background, especially on the splash page?
If you haven't already done so, I suggest you get some feedback from medical professionals - How useful is it really? Do they always need it or just whilst learning (1, 2, 3 months)?
Then when you want to promote it, refer it to charities like MSF and the British Red Cross. They'll be happy to tweet it I'm sure.

I am running on a Nokia Lumia 800.
1. You might want to consider removing the SplashScreenImage.jpg from your project as a) it is currently the default and b) it does not appear long enough to be useful. Use the following as a reference for this : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5257222/how-do-you-disable-the-windows-phone-7-splash-screen
2. When pressing the Example button on the "What to give" PanoramaItem, a message box is displayed, it seems that the first line has an additional space prefixed to "Example 1: Order-...", consider removing this additional space.
3. On the "What to give" PanoramaItem, you may want to consider an improved error message rather than just "Error - Numbers only", maybe add a little context to this, such as "Make sure you fill in Vehicle" or similar.
4. On the "Drip Rates" PanoramaItem, consider checking one of the radio buttons by default
Hope this helps.
